CPH Vision is an international fashion fair that takes place from August 9 through 12 in Øksnehallen, Copenhagen. CPH Vision has grown steadily since the first fair in 1998: From 75 to 274 exhibitors and from 6,500 to 27,000 visitors - with more than 50 percent coming from abroad. This year, more than 70 American brands exhibited at the show.

Director and founder of CPH vision, Jan Busch Carlsen welcomed Ambassador Cain and introduced him to a selection of Scandinavian brands in the CHP Vision show. After the show, Jan Busch Carlsen and Ambassador Cain walked the floor and greeted various exhibitors, including the American brands Tommy Hilfiger and Converse.

The global market has woken up to Danish design. From 1998 to the present, clothing exports have increased by 65 percent to more than DKK 19 billion. In 2005, clothing exports outstripped what had previously been the flagship of Danish design – the furniture industry.
