Ambassador Cain Addresses Mandagmorgen Breakfast Meeting

Ambassador Cain spoke at Mandagmorgen, addressing the war on terror five years after the September 11 attacks. The Ambassador stressed the importance of promoting democracy in the Middle East in an effort to marginalize Islamic extremists and create conditions for an enduring peace in the region.
He also talked about the evolving nature of the terrorist threat, which is making international anti-terror cooperation even more vital. Mandagmorgen -- Denmark's leading weekly political journal -- invited a high-level audience of business, government and university leaders to the event. The Director of the Danish Police Intelligence Service joined Ambassador Cain in addressing the group.
