How To Apply
Step 1:
Please Give Yourself Sufficient Time To Apply For The Visa
One of the most common mistakes applicants make is to book their travel plans without leaving sufficient time to apply for their visa. While we strive to process your visa applications in a quick and efficient manner, we cannot guarantee that you will receive it by a certain date. Some visas can be quickly processed, while others take time. As such, you may wish to avoid buying plane tickets until after you have received your passport back with the visa inside.
Step 2:
Complete the Visa Application Check List
Follow the "Visa Application Check List" link below to the online visa application check list of documents needed for your visa type. Complete the visa application form(s) on-line, print out the forms and gather the applicable items from the check-list. Please answer every question on the visa application forms and sign them.

Step 3:
Book Appointment
To book an appointment, you must first complete the check list in step 1 above. Applicants must have paid the non refundable 750 DKK visa processing fee before scheduling an interview.
Once you have completed and printed out the check list, click on the link at the bottom of the page to schedule your personal interview. Please note that each family member requires a separate appointment.
