Houston B-boys Hit Denmark
In a performing arts initiative co-sponsored by the Embassy and U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Houston-based hip hop crew HaviKoro entertained Denmark with a series of performances and workshops around the country, inspiring youth and highlighting the positive sides of hip hop culture.

NBA and WNBA Stars at Street Basketball Clinic in Copenhagen's Mjølnerparken Neighborhood
Denver Nuggets center Francisco Elson and WNBA star Andrea Stinson joined the GAM3 street basketball clinic in Mjølnerparken, an immigrant neighborhood in Copenhagen. About 100 young people -- many of them the children of Muslim immigrants -- were on hand to learn from the professional players during the July 5 workouts.
