Notary Services
Hours of operation
Notarial services are available between 9 am and 12:00 noon, every weekday except Wednesday. The American Citizen Services Unit is closed to the public on American and Danish public holidays.
No appointment is necessary. Persons requiring notary services must bring their passports or driver's licenses to use as identification.
Fees
Notarials/Certified Copies: $30.00 for the first signature/seal; $20.00 for each additional signature/seal.
Authentications: $30.00 for each signature/seal./The fee can be paid in US dollars or Danish kroner.
Bank checks are accepted in Danish kroner only payable to "U.S. Embassy".
Affidavits of Support for Immigrant Visas
We provide walk-in no-fee notarial services for Affidavits of Support (Form I-864) between the hours of 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
