Ambassador Cain hosts round table discussion at the Embassy

On June 18 a group of teachers and pricipals from North Carolina visited the Embassy to discuss differences and similarities between Danish and U.S. education systems and society with Ambassador Cain. Ambassador Cain started by giving a presentation about what it is to be the U.S. Ambassador in Denmark followed by a lively discussion about Denmark covering subjects as diverse as ethnic integration, sports, and alternative energy. The visit at the Embassy is part of a larger program covering a full week of visits at educational facilities all over Denmark as well as southern Sweden. The program was organized by The Center for International Understanding at the University of North Carolina in collaboration with Øresund University.
