Gold Key Service
The Gold Key program provides a customized appointment service designed to familiarize a company with the Danish market so that the company can develop a business plan for Denmark. We believe it is a key to visit the market and gain first-hand experience before making final plans on how to sell your product here. The Gold Key Service is ideal for doing that. We arrange a market orientation briefing and scheduled appointments with local agents, distributors, customers, associations and/or potential joint venture partners. In disucssion with the client, we arrange appointments with the key organizations that can give you the information you need to make market decisions about your product in Denmark.
The Commercial Specialists contact potential local companies on your behalf, schedule the meetings for you, provide you with a market briefing and accompany you to the meetings.
The fee for Gold Key Service is currently $770 for the first day of appointments, and $385 for each additional day. Delivery time varies from four to six weeks, depending on the industry sector.
Platinum Key Service
The Platinum Key Service offers you a comprehensive, customized way to achieve your business goals through long-term (typically six months to a year) sustained support. Whether you have a small, medium or large business, we can tailor the Platinum Key to your needs. Commercial Service officers and specialists are ready to work with you to identify your requirements and develop a plan to achieve your objectives.

International Partner Search (IPS)
International Partner Search helps U.S. companies locate partners and licensees in Denmark. This service provides a list of qualified overseas agents, distributors, manufacturers, representatives, joint venture partners, licensees, or strategic partners who have examined the U.S. company's product materials and expressed an interest in the products, services, or partnership. The cost for an IPS is $790 per product category and the standard delivery time is 30 working days. The Commercial Specialist will notify the U.S. company in good time on any delivery time deviations.

The Commercial Service can help your company plan promotional events and market your products and services in Denmark. We offer a perfect package for sales seminars, product launches/ demonstrations, mini-exhibits, conferences, business meetings and other promotional activities.
We welcome you to host your promotional events at the embassy auditorium. Our cost-effective facility accommodates a maximum of 80 people and is ideally suited for everything from business meetings, seminars and conferences to cocktail receptions and sit-down dinners.
Audiovisual equipment such as PowerPoint and slide projectors, television, video and stereo are available, as well as telecommunications lines for online transfer of information. Our professional staff is at your service during the event to ensure smooth operation. The Embassy’s prestigious restaurant, “The Diplomat”, offers outstanding and versatile in-house solutions for every event, regardless of the size. Everything from hors d'oeuvres, wine tasting and exclusive four-course meals can be customized to best suit your event.
Single Company Promotion service is available for U.S. companies and their local agents and distributors.
International Company Profile (ICP)
Need a Due Diligence report or other background information on a Danish company? International Company Profile program provides you with background reports on potential agents, distributors and other Danish companies. Our specialists can investigate the financial strength of a company and provide useful information gleaned from the local credit sources, press, industry contacts, and other sources. Cost: $810 – delivery: 15 days.
The report includes:
- Detailed background report on a prospective overseas sales representative or partner
- Listing of the company's key officers
- Banking and other financial information
- Market information, including sales, profit figures and liabilities
