Information on International Student Training Opportunities in the United States
The Office of Defense Cooperation is the sole Point of Contact for the Government of Denmark for all military training matters in the United States. The office of Defense Cooperation is also responsible for sending Danish military and civilian personnel to education and training at US training installations in the United States. This training include pilot training, Army, Navy and Air Force Colleges, medical training and other training requested by the military services to complement host country training. The ODC works with each of the Royal Danish military organizations together with Chief of Defence’s Travel Office, in the selection and processing of students to attend training in the United States.
While information is readily available, only training requested and purchased through the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) channels via the respective Defence channels will be made available, if deemed releasable to the foreign Government in line with the United States' National Disclosure Policy.
